Dear user,

We inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and European Regulation No. 679/2016, that the Data Controller is Pier Paolo Spinazzè, with registered office at Via M. Zaccarella 5b - 37057 San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR) – Italy, and that the data you provide will be processed in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Providing data is optional.

Providing your data is optional, but refusal to do so will prevent you from receiving the services requested from Pier Paolo Spinazzè (hereinafter CIBO).

Data collected

The data we collect is essentially related to:

  • Identification data and specifically: name, surname, telephone number

  • Product delivery data and specifically: delivery and billing address, email address

  • Additional billing information, specifically: tax code, VAT number

Purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide is collected electronically and processed, including with the aid of electronic means, for the following purposes:

  • collect data and information in general and in particular on the users of the website

  • send informative material related to CIBO's many activities

  • carry out statistical studies and research in relation to access and use of the Service

The personal data you provide will be stored at CIBO and processed by employees and/or professionals appointed by it, who carry out the aforementioned activities under your direct supervision and responsibility.

The data communicated may be transmitted to external parties who perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the Service.

Scope of communication and dissemination of data

In relation to the purposes indicated, the data may be disclosed to the following entities and/or categories of entities listed below, or to companies and/or individuals, both in Italy and abroad (EU countries), who provide services, including external ones, on behalf of the Data Controller. For greater clarity, these include*:

  • Companies that collaborate with the Owner

  • Companies and law firms for the protection of contractual rights

(*) the list of External Managers with additional data useful for identification is available from the designated Manager at the Company's headquarters.

 

Duration of treatment

The data will be processed for as long as necessary to maintain the existing business relationship and for the following ten years from the date of acquisition. It is understood that, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party, such data will be deleted from the server after the tenth year.

​Rights of the interested parties

In relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise the rights set forth in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in Chapter III of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, articles 15–22, which include:

  • obtain confirmation as to whether or not data concerning you exists

  • know the origin of the data, the logic and the purpose on which the processing is based

  • obtain access to, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the Law, updating, limitation, rectification, revocation, portability and integration of the data itself

  • oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of the data itself

  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Further information regarding the processing and communication of data provided directly or otherwise acquired may be requested from the Data Controller at the Company's headquarters.

This notice does not exclude the possibility that further information may be provided verbally to interested parties at the time of data collection. Your acknowledgement of this notice constitutes express consent to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Articles 23 and 26 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and Article 7 of Regulation No. 679/2016.
