CIBO Shop Purchasing Regulations
Customer information for the stipulation of distance contracts Pier Paolo Spinazzè (hereinafter CIBO), VAT number 04119150235 CF SPNPPL82D01M089Q, deals with the online offer and sale of the products present on the website shop.cibooooo.com (hereinafter the "products").
These general terms and conditions apply to all commercial relationships between consumers and CIBO undertaken through the online shop shop.cibooooo.com.
The version in force at the time of signing the contract is decisive from time to time.
General notes
These general conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II, Distance Contracts (art. 50–67) updated to Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014 and by the regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003) and apply exclusively to the online sale of Products.
By concluding the Purchase Contracts, according to the procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions of Sale.
The Customer is therefore required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale before making any purchase, which CIBO makes available to them, also for the purpose of allowing them to be reproduced and stored in compliance with the provisions of Article 12, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 70/2003.
In the event of changes to the General Conditions of Sale, the General Conditions of Sale published on the Site at the time the Order is sent by the Customer will apply to the purchase order.
Offer to the public
The Products and their prices presented on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions of Sale and on the Site itself.
The conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the website www.shop.cibooooo.com
Ordered products are shipped exclusively to Italy, subject to acceptance of additional delivery costs.
Purchase order and contract
Purchase Orders must be placed online through the order procedure on the website www.shop.cibooooo.com
To proceed with the completion of the Purchase Order, the Customer may follow the following procedure:
If the Customer is already registered on the Site, it will be sufficient to enter his/her access credentials (username and password) in the appropriate login fields.
Otherwise, you will need to register.
By clicking on the "Purchase" field at the end of the purchase procedure, the Buyer sends a proposal to enter into a sales contract with CIBO, which also entails a payment obligation.
Order receipt confirmation occurs both on the web page following the completion of the order process and via email. This confirmation simply acknowledges receipt of the correctly completed order form; it does not constitute confirmation of order acceptance.
CIBO reserves the right to accept, partially accept, or not accept the order submitted within 7 working days of the order request.
CIBO will refund any deposits already paid for undelivered products.
Customer order data will be protected in our archives. If you wish to keep a copy, you must print the confirmation page.
The contract between CIBO and the Customer is concluded only after receipt of payment, upon shipment of the ordered products by us, and upon sending an email confirming the shipment.
Prices and delivery costs
Shipping costs, which are clearly highlighted when ordering, are the responsibility of the customer and are added to the sale price. International customers (EXTRA CEE) are responsible for import fees due upon delivery. For more information on shipping costs, please see the dedicated page.
The Price shown on the Site at the time the Order is sent applies to the Products, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent Price changes.
The validity period of temporary offers is specified in the individual product descriptions in our Online Shop.
Payment Methods
Payment for purchased products can be made by credit card or other methods provided during checkout.
Right of withdrawal and return conditions
We can only accept returns of products purchased from our online shop www.shop.cibooooo.com
In the event of an incorrect item (different from the one indicated in the order confirmation) or a product defect attributable to the company, the return is free of charge (except for any shipping costs incurred for delivery). No additional costs for returning the product(s) or for re-delivery of the replacement product(s), or any other costs, will be charged to the customer.
For the free return procedure to be successful, it is mandatory to attach clear photographic documentation to allow us to verify the attribution of the damage/defect by promptly communicating it to orders@cibooooo.com
The customer has 14 days to request a return and initiate the procedure.
In this case, the cost of the return service, equivalent to the cost of collecting/returning the product, will be deducted from the refund we issue. The products must be returned in their original packaging and unopened, as required by Article 52, paragraph "e" of the Consumer Code.

Refund obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline for us begins upon receipt of the withdrawal declaration and/or the returned products. The refund we issue will correspond exclusively to the cost of the products.
The return of products must be confirmed with a return receipt, which must be retained for any checks.
Warranty conditions
CIBO is committed to ensuring that the products delivered to Customers are free from defects. Consumers have rights for defects as provided by law. CIBO provides no guarantees other than those required by law.
Data protection
By placing an order, the Buyer consents to CIBO processing their personal data, which CIBO becomes aware of in connection with the contractual relationship. We guarantee the protection of personal data, which will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules required by law.
In order to continuously improve our services, we will periodically evaluate customer and order data.
If you do not want your personal data to be used for these purposes, you can withdraw your consent for their future use at any time by sending a written declaration to:

This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve, out of court, any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online and/or arising therefrom.
Consequently, if you are a Consumer established in Europe, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on this site.
