Shipping Policy
NATIONAL SHIPPING
Merchandise shipments are handled by courier and tracked.
Artworks are shipped insured and protected with special packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers (EXTRA EEC) are responsible for import taxes due at the time of delivery.
All shipments are tracked and the tracking code with tracking link is sent via email upon shipment.
The artworks travel with insured shipping and complete with a certificate of authenticity.
DELIVERY TIMES
For domestic shipments , delivery by the courier takes 2-5 days from the time of ordering, so make sure someone is home to receive the order on the days you expect it to ship.
For international shipments , delivery by the courier takes 5-7 days from the time of order.
Delivery times are from the moment we ship (e.g. 3-5 working days from the order being shipped).
SHIPMENTS RELATING TO WORKS OF ART may take longer to deliver (10-15 business days from the time of ordering). This delay is due to the need to properly prepare the artwork for shipping.

Replacement and return policy
MERCHANDISING
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. Unworn and unwashed items and accessories can be returned and you can request a refund by emailing orders@cibooooo.com .
Information regarding the return procedure, shipping address, and updates on the return request will be provided via email.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
FINE ART
No returns are possible for works of art.
